Kerstin Ringedal works in silver. Delicate necklaces and powerful rings. Brooches, often with perforated surfaces. Her latest work ”Box” in oxidized silver is as fragments of fictional cities with a throng of buildings and streets.
Kerstin Ringedal studied at the HDK School of Design and Crafts, in Gothenburg 1988–92.
Kerstin has had solo exhibitions at *Gallery Hnoss, Gothenburg in 2005 and Sintra, Gothenburg in 2006 and has participated in over 20 group exhibitions.Kerstin received Gothenburg Culture Price 2009

Kerstin Ringedal jobbar i silver – gracila halskedjor och kraftfulla ringar. Broscher, ofta med perforerade ytor.  Hennes senaste arbeten, ”Box”,  i oxiderat silver är som utsnitt ur fiktiva städer med ett myller av byggnader och gator.
Kerstin Ringedal är utbildad på HDK, Högskolan för design och konsthantverk i Göteborg, 1988–92. Kerstin har haft separatutställningar på *Galleri Hnoss, Göteborg 2005 och Sintra, Göteborg 2006 och deltagit i ett 20-tal samlingsutställningar.
Kerstin erhöll Göteborgs kulturpris 2009
